1. Platform Scope & Operating Model

Tuxo (tuxo.app) is an online marketplace platform owned and operated by Servolix Ltd. Servolix connects job seekers ("Candidates") with recruiters and hiring organizations ("Employers").

Servolix Ltd is not a recruitment agency, employment agency, or employer. Neither Servolix nor Tuxo guarantees employment outcomes, placement success, or candidate performance.

2. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

• Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all actions taken under your account.
• Data Accuracy: Candidates agree to provide truthful and accurate eligibility information (right-to-work, visa status, security clearance, and IR35 preferences).

3. Candidate Terms

• Contact Privacy: Candidate contact details remain hidden from employers until the Candidate explicitly accepts a contact request from that specific employer.
• Free Access: Basic job searching, filtering, and candidate tools on Tuxo are free for Candidates.

4. Employer & Recruiter Terms

• Authorized Use: Employers agree to use candidate data strictly for legitimate hiring for the posted role. Scraping, redistributing, or reselling candidate details is prohibited.
• Compliance & Non-Discrimination: Employers are solely responsible for ensuring hiring decisions comply with UK employment law, including the Equality Act 2010. Eligibility filtering must be used exclusively to verify legal right-to-work and required security qualifications.

5. Commercial Terms & Billing

Servolix Ltd offers Tuxo features under free tiers, pay-per-use unlocks, or subscription models as detailed on tuxo.app/pricing.

Payments are securely processed via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). Charges on your bank/card statements will appear as SERVOLIX* TUXO or TUXO.APP.

Servolix reserves the right to adjust pricing tiers with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Servolix Ltd retains all rights, title, and interest in Tuxo, including algorithms, platform design, software, and trademarks. Users retain ownership of content submitted (CVs, job posts), granting Servolix a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process such content solely to operate the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Servolix Ltd provides Tuxo "as is" without express or implied warranties. Servolix is not liable for indirect damages or third-party hiring decisions. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Servolix Ltd in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
